Hearing Report

Frequently, critical business matters are subject to significant uncertainty, often stemming from discrepant interpretations or subjective opinions among officials at government or regulatory bodies. This ambiguity creates substantial execution risk, which all stakeholders seek to minimize. Therefore, our firm provides a proactive consultation and clarification service. We engage directly with the relevant authorities to establish a mutual understanding and seek alignment prior to the implementation of these critical matters.

The outcomes of this engagement are documented in a formal 'Hearing Report' (or Consultation Summary Report). This report is designed to mitigate the risk of subsequent errors or regulatory disputes by securing clarification in advance.

Back up Accounting information and Accounting coaching

We understand the dual challenges our clients face: the constant evolution of accounting standards and the high turnover rate within their internal accounting teams. These factors frequently lead to operational disruptions and a loss of critical, business-specific accounting knowledge. Therefore, our firm provides a seamless transition and handover service. This is designed to ensure knowledge retention and operational continuity during personnel changes. Furthermore, we offer proactive updates and training on significant new accounting standards. Our objective is to ensure your accounting practices are promptly brought into full compliance with both domestic regulations (local laws) and international standards (e.g., IFRS) in a timely manner.

03

Monthly review financial statements

To provide additional assurance on the accuracy and compliance of monthly financial statements—both in accordance with tax regulations and accounting standards—we offer a monthly accounting and tax review service. This review is conducted prior to the submission of monthly reports to relevant stakeholders, such as a foreign parent company (for group reporting purposes) or the Revenue Department. Our reports can be customized and presented in client-specific formats, including Japanese reporting templates, or any other format required by the company or its foreign parent. The key objective of this service is to proactively identify and resolve issues, thereby mitigating the risk of material adjustments being identified subsequently during the annual statutory audit.

04

Costing Method Calculation

We frequently observe that many companies struggle with inaccurate cost calculations or lack an effective cost management system. This often results in management lacking visibility into their true Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and per-unit costs—a core component of the organization.

Consequently, this erodes management's ability to make sound strategic decisions, as they are uncertain whether their pricing strategies generate sufficient and appropriate gross margins. They are also often unable to substantiate the drivers of financial losses to relevant stakeholders.

Recognizing these persistent challenges, our firm provides cost accounting system design and implementation services. We deliver this service to provide our clients with confidence and accuracy in their cost data, ensuring alignment with their strategic plans. This enables accurate performance forecasting and provides actionable insights for future management decision-making.
